Book Your Membership

Select your Training Membership option from the list and once you complete your purchase you will be issued session credits for the number of monthly sessions you choose and be able to book your first monthly session right from within your training app! Be sure to schedule out as many sessions as possible at the beginning of each month to ensure preferred time slot availability.

If you are a new client, please book an initial 4 session Health & Fitness Assessment and Program Design HERE and once that is complete you will be able to select and purchase your membership choice.

*Any cancellations or reschedules must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the credit being used.
