Personal Training or Nutritional Coaching

Personal - Training - One on one, or partnered live or zoom video sessions to ensure you are motivated and maximizing workout to get the best possible results.
A great workout doesn’t require much equipment, but it does require focus, proper form and the ability to push yourself to achieve more. We are here to motivate you and help make sure each and every one of your workouts meets and exceeds those requirements so that you meet and exceed your goals along with regular communication and accountability to help keep you on track between your sessions.
Nutrition Coaching. - One on one sessions to help support your goals and guide you to make better nutrition choices on a daily basis and habits in th long run. We’ll take a look at how you currently eat it and make plan that is sustainable and supports your fiestyle so you get the most benefit from what you eat!
Weekly Workouts in Your Inbox
Depending on your program and physical/athletic needs, receive 2 - 4 personalized workouts delivered to your inbox each Monday to complete on your own throughout the course of the week.
Our weekly workout delivery includes workout emails, text check ins, feedback and exercise adjustments,. It also includes access to our Time 2 Shine community for accountability. Each weekly email also includes general nutritional goals achieve throughout the week.
Weekly Workout members fill out a detailed questionnaire at least every 6 weeks to make sure we are still delivering you workouts that match your current fitness level and will help you hit your goals.
Monthly Personal Health Plan
After your assessment, we create a personal health plan for you to follow. In a month to six weeks, when you feel you are achieving your fitness goals with ease or reach a plateau, we redesign your plan to get you to the next level.
This plan includes types, frequency and duration of exercise you should be doing for the month blocked out on a calendar that you can use to commit it to action, as well as general nutritional goals to achieve in graduated steps and access to our Time 2 Shine community for accountability.
Monthly program members also fill out a detailed questionnaire at least every 6 weeks to make sure we are still delivering your plan still matches your needs.
